Personal Training

One-on-one personal training is a great way of achieving your fitness goals. The program is personalised and tailored to your fitness needs and our Personal Trainer provides the coaching, encouragement and that extra discipline you need to get the full benefits out of your training session.

To share the cost you are able to invite up to 5 of your friends or work colleagues to create your own private group personal training session. And arrangements can also be made to train at a time and location that is convenient for you.

Young children are more than welcome to be at these sessions and where ever possible are included and incorporated into the class.

Group Fitness

 

Real people, real training …. working together to get fit and stay healthy

Training in a group can provide additional motivation to improve your fitness and is a great opportunity to meet people who are working towards a similar goal.

Defy Limits runs a number of Group Fitness Training Sessions over a 6-10 week block. There is a maximum of 8 participants in each class with everybody’s fitness level catered for.

Defy Limits Group Fitness Training Sessions are aligned to the school semesters with classes from 7pm – 8pm and a second class from 8.30 – 9.30pm.

 

Personal training

Defy Limits is well placed to offer solutions to both parents and schools with skilled trainers qualified to deliver fitness services to children and adolescents.

Many schools face a lack of space in the playground – therefore our objective is to provide schools with a group fitness based program, which can run during class break times such as lunchtime and after school.

The aim of our programs is to get kids moving, to improve fitness and to give them something to do that is fun, social and active.

Programs incorporate games, races, relays and challenges which will work on enhancing motor skills, team building and improving cardio vascular fitness.

Weight Loss

Weight loss training is tailored to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through a combination of effective workouts and expert guidance. Our comprehensive programs include a mix of cardio, strength training, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to maximize calorie burn and boost metabolism.  Eating plans are also available to ensure a balance between diet and exercise is achieved.

 

Cardio

Cardio workouts at DefyLimits are designed to elevate your heart rate and boost your overall fitness through dynamic and engaging exercises.

Led by enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainers, our cardio sessions aim to improve cardiovascular health, increase stamina, and burn calories efficiently. We create an energetic and motivating atmosphere, ensuring that each workout is both fun and challenging.

Circut training

Circuit training is a dynamic and efficient workout experience, combining strength and cardio exercises in a fast-paced, high-energy format. They include a variety of stations that target different muscle groups and fitness components, ensuring a full-body workout. Participants move through each station with minimal rest, maximising calorie burn and boosting overall fitness.

Strength

At DefyLimits, we focus on building strength through a variety of exercises that target all major muscle groups, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive workout. Our experienced trainer provides unique and varying programs and support to help each member reach their fitness goals, fostering a community of strength, resilience, and determination.

 

Boxing

Boxing training offers an exhilarating and effective way to improve fitness, strength, and mental agility. Our program combines traditional boxing and martial arts techniques with high-intensity workouts, providing a comprehensive approach to physical conditioning. Our sessions focus on cardiovascular health and muscle tone. 

Flexibility

Flexibility training at DefyLimits is designed to enhance your range of motion, reduce muscle stiffness, and improve overall body function. Our program includes a variety of stretching techniques, and mobility exercises tailored to all fitness levels.  Each session focuses on increasing flexibility while promoting relaxation and reducing the risk of injury.
