Defy Limits Group Fitness Training

Training in a group can provide additional motivation to improve your fitness and is a great opportunity to meet people who are working towards a similar goal.

Defy Limits runs a number of Group Fitness Training Sessions over a 6-10 week block. There is a maximum of 8 participants in each class with everybody’s fitness level catered for.

Defy Limits Group Fitness Training Sessions are aligned to the school semesters with classes from 7pm-8pm and a second class from 8.30-9.30pm.
