Classes run for one hour and the format and structure of the class is different each week.

The program focuses on core strength, cardio, toning and flexibility and to achieve this, the program incorporates the following:

  • Boxing
  • Kick Boxing
  • Free Weights
  • Kettlebells
  • Swiss balls
  • Resistance Training
  • Circuit

We train in parks and sporting grounds in the Blackburn South area. We also have a dedicated training area set up at Glenice Avenue in Blackburn South.

Train as often as you choose, on your own or in a group, and if preferable, arrangements can be made for our trainer to come to you.

Achieving your fitness goals

Before your first training session, a separate time will be made for you to participate in a basic fitness assessment, which will be used to measure progress and also to identify your fitness goals.

Attending Defy Limits Training sessions only once a week will not achieve results. We therefore will provide you with our unique program of exercises and stretches to complete throughout the week which aim to improve fitness and will assist you in establishing an exercise routine essential for a healthy lifestyle.
