With a background in martial arts, our fully qualified personal trainer will provide the coaching and encouragement that you require to improve fitness, strength and endurance.

The format and structure of the class is different each week in order to provide variety and to keep you motivated and challenged.

Programs focus on core strength, cardio, toning and flexibility and, to achieve this, incorporates boxing, kick boxing, kettle bells, free weights, circuit, swiss balls and resistance training.

Train on your own, with friends or colleagues or join one of our group fitness training sessions and allow Defy Limits to challenge and encourage you to take the essential steps towards a healthier lifestyle and positive mindset.
